Engineer and lecturer by profession, Yorkshireman by birth, but mountaineer and wilderness wanderer in heart and soul - Brian has always seen photography as an extension of wilderness travels. In recent years, however, especially since moving to Cumbria, wildlife photography has become a major part of both our lives.

Sophia – a country girl at heart and daughter of a slightly eccentric zoologist, was brought up to the magic of rock pools and the wonder of wild creatures.

From our background in education we are well aware that audiences deserve both entertainment and information, and we work hard to achieve this balance in our presentations. We also believe our audiences deserve high quality projected images and to this end we select only our very best images, whether they be slide or digital, which are shown on top class slide and digital projectors.

We take great pleasure from our photography and continually strive to get the perfect shot – perhaps one day we will achieve it!
